Volunteers – Welcomed, Needed, and Appreciated!Some of the most satisfying moments in life are when we volunteer to help others. If you would like to put on your volunteer hat for a few hours each month and have some fun, we have some "satisfying moments" in store for you! You can become part of a very special group of volunteers at Regal Palms who help residents with continued opportunities to stay involved in many different ways – physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Regal Palms provides enriching activities that promote a positive quality of life that is essential to each of our residents' well-being. Imagine yourself helping someone to the dining room and dining with them. The good food and conversation, along with your helping hands, can make such a positive difference. Or imagine yourself assisting a group of residents gather for a special program and then enjoying it with them. Because of you several residents will have experienced a better day! Perhaps you could help by reading a newspaper to a resident with limited vision or playing a game of cribbage or cards with someone who feels uncomfortable in a crowd. In the quiet of their apartment home, whether reading a newspaper or playing a game, you will have made an important difference in that person's day. We are always in need of good volunteers.
