Welcome to the Sabal Palms Health Care Center website.

It is with the deepest gratitude I wish to thank all those (staff, caregivers, families and residents) who are a part of the Sabal Palms Health Care Center.

At Sabal Palms, we are committed to serving our residents, their families and the community with a professional team of caregivers who not only focus on the clinical and medical aspect of caregiving, but also provide care that enhances quality of life.

It is my belief that the greatest gift that we have to offer one another is the gift of caregiving. Our residents receive our gift of care in a unique setting either on our sub acute and rehabilitation unit, memory care program unit, long term care units or in our very specialized pediatric unit, known as The Children’s Center at Sabal Palms.

Please feel free to come by and visit our beautiful property situated on a 96-acre intergenerational campus called The Palms of Largo, which not only includes our skilled nursing and long term care facility but also offers independent congregate living, assisted living and memory care – a place that has something for everybody.

At Sabal Palms, you will know that you have come to the right place whether it’s your home away from home, a place where you come to work or simply to volunteer... It’s a place where caregiving comes from the heart.
