Range of Services 

• Care Managers--to assist individual needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Licensed Practical Nurses--to provide nursing care including dressing changes, injections, diabetic monitoring, instruction and catheter care, as well as medication set-ups.
• Companions--to provide assistance to appointments and shopping, meal preparation and emotional support.

• Registered Nurses--to provide specialized nursing care, including home visits for intravenous therapy, hyperalimentation and supervision and administration of treatments plan.
• Certified Home Health Aides--to assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, ambulation, feeding and housekeeping.
